This week, we are featuring a posting from our own department, MSU Human Resources, for a Human Resources Generalist position (posting 855102). Human Resources provides strategic human resources expertise, counsel, support and services for the MSU community.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will primarily be part of the Solutions Center customer service team, with the possibility of cross-training with other teams. You will interact with all HR stakeholder groups to answer questions, problem-solve, and educate stakeholders on requirements related to MSU policies, work rules, contracts, systems, and regulations. The future Human Resources Generalist should be an adaptable professional with a four-year degree in human resources, social science, business, or a related field. You should have six months to one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in human resources.
