The Health Care Representative will work in a variety of roles that combine both direct and indirect patient care duties. They should feel comfortable.performing administrative functions for a clinic or medical office, including registering new patients and scheduling patient appointments. The future Health Care Representative should have a high school diploma. Their working knowledge should include one year of experience in a medical office, medical clinic or mental health office. They should also have a familiarity with medical terminology and experience in scheduling, screening, and confirming appointments.
