In this position, you will support faculty throughout the grant proposal process by reviewing sponsor requirements, preparing proposal budgets, assembling application materials, and ensuring submissions meet university and sponsor guidelines. You will coordinate with researchers, university offices and partner institutions to facilitate timely proposal submissions, communicate policies and procedures, and help ensure proposals are accurate and compliant. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field and up to six months of similar or more responsible work experience in research administration in pre or post-award processes or regulatory administration. This role also requires the completion of Essentials of Research Administration (MSU certificate) or equivalent within one year of hire.
