This week, we are featuring a job posting from the Office of Health Sciences for a faculty Healthcare Recruiter (posting 870779). The Office of Health Sciences catalyzes the efforts of all health sciences across Michigan State University by promoting health through patient care, education and research. 

This position will operate within the health sciences clinical departments in collaboration with the Deans and Department Chairs of the College of Human Medicine, College of Nursing and College of Osteopathic Medicine to identify, recruit and hire faculty. They will also work with department heads to evaluate employment offers, work with MSU HR to ensure competitive marketplace positioning and collaborate with business partners to issue offers and contracts. The future Healthcare Recruiter should possess strong interpersonal skills and have at least five years of experience in healthcare recruitment. It is preferred that they have 1-2 years of experience in physician/provider recruitment.
