The successful candidate will evaluate and document findings and prepare and implement treatment plans for patients referred by physicians for rehabilitation; record evaluations, daily progress notes, and discharge notes in order to provide complete documentation for patient charts; communicate patient progress to referring physician; may schedule patient visits and follows billing procedures for services provided; develop and upgrades exercise programs.
