Join the Fresh Air Fitness Series!

Spring into summer with the Fresh Air Fitness series! Fresh Air Fitness is aimed at getting you active. No need to plan your workout session, just register and show up! Every day there are different activities going on around campus as part of the series. Segments include a 40-minute group exercise. Classes will begin at 12:10 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. Classes are free, but registration is recommended.

Monday: Tai Chi will be held at the Circle Courtyard (home of Summer Circle Theatre), located between the Auditorium Building and Kresge Art Center. Monday classes begin June 4.

Tuesday: Stride on Tuesday with Spartan Strides walking group at the Engineering Courtyard the West End. Classes begin June 5.

Wednesday: Yoga in the Garden will be held at the entrance to the Horticulture Gardens. Classes begin May 30.

Thursday: Pilates on the Green will be held at W.J. Beal Botanical Garden. Classes begin May 31.

Friday: Footin’ It on Fridays will be another chance to show off your strides with Spartan Strides walking group! Classes will begin June 1 at the Nisbet Front Entrance.
