This position provides SAP HCM Project Lifecycle Support for Organizational Management and Personnel Administration; performs requirements analysis for new/revised requirements and issues/breaks; gathers, documents, communicates, and validates requirements with business owners and stakeholders; designs solutions for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflow; develops and maintains related internal documentation and provides knowledge transfer as required; conducts testing – functional unit testing, integration testing, payroll comparison testing, and security role testing; creates and executes test plans and scenarios to ensure comprehensive testing of new or changed system functionality and SAP support packs and enhancement packs; maintains SAP HCM enterprise software and related applications by configuring the system to update various information based on business cycles and/or requirements; researches, evaluates, implements, and tests SAP notes to remediate system issues and updates to comply with federal, state, and local legislation or technology changes; supports SAP HCM users in central offices to resolve issues and provide ongoing guidance; provides end-user support for escalated issues requiring complex functional/technical knowledge.
