This week we are highlighting an Data Security Analyst I position with the Controller’s Office (Posting #8852). This position supports the university’s overall compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS); takes direction from manager or compliance officer to help manage and minimize the inherent risk associated with the security of payment card data; promotes university compliance with the PCI DSS by helping to enforce policies and procedures, interacting with departmental/merchant staff and IT Services staff, assisting with the performance of technical and procedural reviews of various and complex cardholder data environments, and communicating technical and business expertise with university staff and campus experts (e.g., IT services, Internal Audit); and assists with the ongoing PCI training of university staff.
