This week we’re highlighting a Human Resources Analyst position in Employee Relations (Posting #7265). Some of the job duties for this position include serving as an internal consultant to management staff to provide advice, direction and leadership regarding contract interpretation, labor relations, grievance/arbitration hearings, and disciplinary/discharge decisions; conducting investigations, researching case law and representing the University in a wide variety of forums (i.e., unemployment compensation, grievance and arbitration, negotiations, and other administrative processes to support the resolution of litigation against the University); and developing and presenting training programs for internal and external audiences.
