FSAs can save you money by using pre-tax dollars to pay for many medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses. Regular full-time and part-time faculty, executive management, academic and support staff are eligible to enroll in two types of FSA plans: a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and/or a Dependent Care Spending Account (DCSA).
