This position requires knowledge that is acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Education, Communication, or Sociology. Completion of one to three years of related and more responsible work experience in Enrollment Services Administration, planning and conducting training programs, organizational development, and computer technology is also acceptable. A combination of both education and experience is also acceptable.

The ideal candidate should be able to take initiative, be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing daily responsibilities with longer-term projects. Additional qualifications include experience working in a higher education environment, prior experience with evaluation, familiarity with university administrative systems, policies and procedures, and experience supporting compliance initiatives, audits, or procedural reviews.
