This week we are highlighting an Instrument Maker III (posting #450442) with the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams. The Instrument Maker will evaluate malfunctions in complex plumbing equipment, develop solutions and take corrective action; develop and fabricate innovative methods, components and equipment to meet specialized needs; and provide technical support to skilled trades employees among other duties. The individual in this position will be responsible for leading and training support staff, as well as preparing detailed reports and recommendations for supervisory and management use.
