As our jobs get more and more busy, it’s important not to take our frustration out on our co-workers.   1. It’s really nice to have someone remind us that there are ways to respond NICELY to irritations. It may just change the way someone else works, and may also remind us to be aware of our co-workers needs at the same time! Though not many of us would accept it, we could also be unknowingly doing something that irritates others. It’s always good to look at our own behaviours also.
