This week we are highlighting a Unit Human Resources Administrator I (posting #432477) with Residential and Hospitality Services. This position will conduct employment investigations; collect information, analyze data and write reports summarizing findings; advise unit administrators on human resources actions and ensure that RHS units are in compliance with MSU and RHS policies, procedures and collective bargaining agreements; represent and participate in RHS grievances, arbitrations and other related labor hearings; assist in the development of personnel policies and procedures for the department; serve as representation for the unit and attend meetings and disseminate information to department staff; conduct human resources training for department staff; and establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all department and university stakeholders.
