This week we are highlighting a Research Assistant (posting #5031) with the Department of Physics and Astronomy. This position will be expected to perform and document a variety of tasks in a timely, accurate and detailed manner, meet with the PI on a weekly basis and provide support to graduate students and postdocs in the lab. This position will also be responsible for the fabrication of Josephson junction samples using the Keck Microfabrication Facility, measurement of the electrical properties of those
samples, fabrication of magnetic films and multi-layers and characterization of their properties using a new SQUID magnetometer, and assisting with equipment maintenance.
