Upcoming Smoking Cessation Program Orientation

Quitting smoking is one of the hardest health behaviors to change. But it is also one of the best health decisions you can make.

There’s an orientation session for the next cycle of the MSU Smoking Cessation Program on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in room 247 of Olin Health Center. No commitment is required on the enrollee’s part until after the orientation is complete, and then it’s up to them! Walking Paths on Campus

It’s always nice to get out of the office for a short time and it’s even nicer with such a large, beautiful campus. On the map below are three walking paths that I created: a tour of the beautiful MSU Landscaping (1.19 miles), a tour of MSU Landmarks (1.01 miles), and a tour of Campus Favorites (1.34 miles). Click on the photo below for information on stops along the way! For more walking route options, check out the Campus Walking Loops created by MSU Geographic Information System (GIS).Continue Reading… Walking Paths on Campus
