Here is the process for completing open enrollment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/ebs.msu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <strong>ebs.msu.edu<\/strong> <\/a> and select \u201c<strong>EBS Login<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Log in using your MSU NetID and password.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>ESS<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Benefits<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>Select the<strong> Add or change MSU Benefits and Retirement Plans<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Open Enrollment<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>A disclaimer that explains the CDHP\/HSA plans (regardless of CDHP\/HSA eligibility) will appear. Please read, and then select <strong>OK<\/strong> to continue<\/li>\n<li>If you have a spouse or OEI on your benefits, the <strong>Health Plan Affidavit<\/strong> will appear. Answer the questions, select <strong>Next<\/strong>, then <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Now you will see the <strong>Plan Selections<\/strong> screen. Select the first plan you would like to add, edit or remove, click <strong>Edit Plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select your desired plan and level of coverage, then click <strong>Select Dependents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the dependents you would like to cover on the plan. Then click <strong>Add Plan to Selection<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not see one of your dependents, it is either because they are not eligible for the plan or they need to be added as a dependent in the new system.
