The emails cover multiple topics, such as calcium supplementation, sleep medications, head injury in children and more. The emails are delivered bi-weekly throughout the academic year. Each email is written in an easy-to-understand format and can be used for discussions with your health care provider.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>MSU faculty, staff, student employees and retirees are eligible to register for the HEM service. Registration for the email service is available at <a title=\"Healthy Email Service registration\" href=\"https:\/\/login.msu.edu\/?App=Uphys_HEmail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">healthyemail.msu.edu.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>An archive of past emails can be found on the Health e-Guide website at <a title=\"Health e-Guide website\" href=\"http:\/\/health4u.msu.edu\/eguide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">healtheguide.msu.edu<\/a>.
