<\/a>Recipe for Health <\/a>offers information and recipes to help you prepare healthy meals every day. A seasonal food item is featured each month (e.g., cucumbers, peaches, lamb, etc). Health4U also offers other classes<\/a> at different times and days throughout the week, including Kitchen Skill Drill, Culinary Cooking and Concepts, Raising Good Eaters and more.<\/p>\n 2. <\/b>Take a walk on campus<\/b><\/p>\n MSU has many walking trails<\/a> available for MSU faculty, staff and students. To locate a trail you\u2019d like to explore, check out the interactive Campus Walking Loops Map<\/a> developed by GIS in partnership with MSU\u2019s Health4U program. During inclement weather, indoor walking routes are also available at IM East (Intramural Sports Facility)<\/a> and Jenison Field House<\/a>.<\/p>\n 3. <\/b>Visit the MSU Museum or the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum<\/b><\/p>\n Both the MSU Museum <\/a>and the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum<\/a> are wonderful places to discover. The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum<\/a> features more than 75 pieces of international and contemporary artwork <\/a> and also has a caf\u00e9. The MSU Museum<\/a> has 15 galleries with dozens of artifacts.<\/p>\n 4. Check out a book from the MSU Library and enjoy a great read<\/b><\/p>\n MSU faculty, staff and students are allowed to check out books from the MSU Main Library<\/a>. Take a visit to the library and pick up a new book to read <\/a>and enjoy it for a day or several. Need help finding a book?
