Some of the job duties for this position include providing secretarial support for the director and associate director; creating and maintaining records for all unit financial accounts; providing accurate and timely information to the unit fiscal officer; monitoring post-award grant budget compliance; providing reports to the principal investigator; assisting with grant pre-award budget proposals; and researching and collecting data to assist in the preparation of grants, proposals and departmental reports.
