The MSU Ethics Certificate Program equips Spartans with the knowledge and skills to navigate ethical challenges in our professional roles. Participants will explore core ethical concepts, approaches to ethical reasoning, and how to align personal values with professional conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spartan Experience Relaunch<\/strong>:\u00a0Coming this spring is a refreshed and redesigned Spartan Experience learning program. The Spartan Experience program is designed to foster a culture of excellence by prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining a strong service mindset.
