The future Program Coordinator will also recruit and train volunteers who will conduct direct programming with youth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor\u2019s degree and two years of experience in program development and management in 4-H or other youth development programs.
