Try pressing CTRL and\u00a0 ~ at the same time and see what happens?\u00a0 The column widths double and every formula on the sheet is exposed.\u00a0 The ~ key is at the far left of the top row of numbers and symbols on your keyboard.<\/p>\n<p>What about adding today\u2019s date to a spreadsheet?\u00a0 Instead of typing it in, click the CTRL and ; keys. Need to zoom quickly?\u00a0 Hold the CTRL key and move the mouse wheel back and forth to zoom in or out.<\/p>\n<p>These are just a few of the tips from only the first chapter of the Lynda.com course Excel 2010 Power Shortcuts.
