Realizing the importance of high-quality service and effective communication can lead to increasingly satisfied customers. MSU HR\u2019s Organization and Professional Development (OPD) department offers a live, virtual course designed to help you take your customer service skills to the next level and provide what\u2019s referred to at MSU as \u201cThe Spartan Experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Maximizing the Spartan Experience<\/em> is currently open for registration in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/ebs.msu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">EBS Portal<\/a> for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hr.msu.edu\/professional-development\/courses\/customer-service\/maximizing-the-spartan-experience.html\" target=\"_blank\">November 8, 2022, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This updated and engaging version of the popular <em>The Spartan Experience<\/em> training provides a foundational perspective related to enhanced customer service delivery and is based around high, clear, and concise customer service expectations that are the key to maximizing opportunities in engagement, inclusivity, and Delivering Outstanding Spartan Experiences (DOSE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this OPD course, you will learn how to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Communicate effectively with customers<\/li><li>Create a positive first impression<\/li><li>Develop and maintain high customer service standards<\/li><li>Plan for great customer service<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Todd Bradley, MSU HR Senior Learning and Organization Development Specialist, brings his trademark positivity and extensive expertise when facilitating <em>Maximizing the Spartan Experience<\/em>, explaining, \u201cHigh morale, enthusiasm, and positive engagement are all desired outcomes of this course.\u201d For a quick preview, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=jt36felrX88&amp;list=PLpRew8_8udPKh7tDhfjYwCGowyTB-ocvo&amp;index=6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">check out Todd\u2019s recent Todd Talk video regarding this topic.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent course participant, Christie Provost-Perkins, Operations Coordinator for the MSU College of Nursing, shares, \u201cI truly enjoyed attending <em>Maximizing the Spartan Experience<\/em>.
