This position is seeking an organized individual with a willingness to work in a team environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The responsibilities for this role include coordinating the technical, operational, and financial activities of the Piano Technology area, as well as overseeing and providing the tuning, maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of pianos. Additional responsibilities of this role include providing concert level artistic tuning, regulating, and voicing of performance pianos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate would possess knowledge\nequivalent to that which normally would be acquired in the first two or three\nyears of college, technical or vocational school in music, music technology, or\na related program; five to eight years of related and progressively more\nresponsible or expansive work experience in concert tuning, maintaining, repairing\nand rebuilding grand pianos and related stringed keyboard instruments; or an\nequivalent combination of education and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more details on the responsibilities of this position, and to view all our current postings, visit&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/careers.msu.edu\/cw\/en-us\/listing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (careers.msu.edu)\">careers.msu.edu<\/a>.
