This position is seeking an individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills, who possesses a broad understanding and experience planning and managing a portfolio of product and\/or service design projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nresponsibilities for this role include providing project management strategy\nand guidance for The Hub, managing changes to projects\u2019 scope, schedule, and\ncosts using appropriate verification techniques, assisting in the development\nof project objectives and project plans, and working with Hub management on\nresource planning, availability and allocation to project objectives. Other\nresponsibilities include conducting research and data analysis, preparing\nreports, and performing project close assessments to identify opportunities for\ngrowth, to maximize operational effectiveness, amend processes and procedures,\nand assess work performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal\ncandidate would possess knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be\nacquired by completing a four-year college degree program in design, business\nadministration, research, education or field related to the employing unit;\nthree to five years of related and progressively more expansive work experience\nin product and design project management, business analysis,\nfacilitating\/training with a focus on business management; experience working\nwith multiple high-level stakeholders, work flow process analysis and\nimplementation of strategic initiatives, or an equivalent combination of\neducation and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more details on the responsibilities of this position, and to view all our current postings, visit&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (MSU Careers Homepage)\" href=\"http:\/\/careers.msu.edu\/cw\/en-us\/listing\/\" target=\"_blank\">careers.msu.edu<\/a>.
