This position is seeking an individual to care for assigned herd dairy cattle, maintain livestock barns and assist in animal research. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The responsibilities for this role include daily milking of cows\nand maintaining breeding and feeding. Other responsibilities for this role\ninclude transporting livestock, weighing animals and upkeep of the facility to\ninspection guidelines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate would possess knowledge by completing a high\nschool diploma or GED equivalent; knowledge acquired from course work from\nsecondary school, technical, vocational, trade school and\/or college in the\nfield of animal science. Preference for two plus combined years of study or\nequivalent industry related experience. Experience in research implementation.\nExperience working with student employees and or teaching agriculture related\nskills. Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
