If you are living with diabetes, Livongo can empower you to take control of your health.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/welcome.livongo.com\/MSU#\/\">Enroll for Livongo<\/a> at any time \u2013 it takes less than 10 minutes to sign up. Once you register, you will receive a welcome kit in the mail.
